This session tied in nicely with market segmentation. When we completed the exercise it was interesting to see how our perception differed from reality.

My conclusion after this mind blowing session is that market positioning is part of your competitive advantage and a source of market power.The session seemed to have disected my brain and really got me thinking. "HARD" Thanks Geoff
