Presented by Tony Mallam
Today we covered the importance of preparing budgets, how to set up a budget and how to incorporate budgets in the management reporting structure. As usual questions were flying from all sides, and the concept of variance reporting was fun and games in getting across! Thanks to all who attended, it’s great to have so much interaction.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the finance sessions. I am overwehlmed at the fact that it was the worst part of running my business.Sustainability was my main concern. Thanks to Tony and David I am enjoying every step of my learning process on the velociti programme. I now realise that a forecast is where I want my company to be in the future. It is setting realistic and achievable gaols and steering the company in the desired forecast direction. :-)
