This topic has put so many issues into perspective for me. I have definitely realised exactly what I need and want.ie.To focus on a specific niche`; and work out a step by step plan of action in order to reach my goal. To evaluate and revise my plan in taking my steps to adapt to obstacles along the way. The grid technique is an excellent method for the planning process. Thank you David for your valuable presentation!

The grid technique, to me was awesome. This is really going to take me to the extreme. Identifying my niche to me was an easy one but got it all wrong after listening to Dave. I have changed my whole perspective on market and customer segmentation after listening to Dave. Excellent work done! Keep it up CITI.

I had many questions before the session even started, most of which were answered by the end. This session was great in teaching us a strategic method to identify our target market. The concentric circle diagram also made it clear that there are many levels at which clients can be classified. Very informative session!!

I got excellent value from the way David explained the process of qualifying Target Market especially the concentric circles that portray different targets. The discussions on individual company target market were also very helpful in that it helped me in re-assuring some of the ideas that I have as well as re-assessing others.

Meeting with Geoff yesterday was amazing. He outlined different ways to approach our market and customer segmentation. He spoke with much experience and wisdom and we are very grateful for having him as our mentor. Excellent work Geoff. Keep it Up.

"Woa, how could I have missed this for so long and Wao is this how I am suppose to do it" This the best way to describe my experience from this session. In this session I discoverd that I dont know my clients and my target market well enough to increase my sales also that my focused is too narrow on the qualified target market for my business. I am very happy we had this session so early in the program.

This session made me realise two things my company offering was to broad and I was targeting the wrong market. My mentorship session with Geoff(...dude u rock!!!) as well as this session made me reevaluate both my value proposition as well as my target market. Thanks guys

Having worked through the process of the segmentation of the target market, it was very interesting to see how quickly a large group becomes very small. Now I am waiting to see how to get that segment.
