Join Wesgro on their trade and investment mission to DRC Congo in 27 to 31 July 2008. The aim of this mission is to strengthen existing business ties between SA and DRC Congo as well as to explore business opportunities in the agri-business, manufacturing, ICT and oil and gas sectors.

Companies interested in participating in this mission can fill in the Wesgro selection form and return to Wesgro by 16th May 2008. Pls contact Michael Gamwo for all forms.

Companies requiring EMIA financial assistance must also complete the attached EMIA forms and return them to Wesgro by 16th May 2008. However to qualify for EMIA assistance companies must meet certain criteria such as, be export ready, be able to provide their audited financial statement, colour brochures, export registration and must have been in business for 2-3 years.

• If you don't require EMIA financial assistance, and are prepared to pay the cost of travelling (+- R16000). Then you should only fill in the "Wesgro selection form"attached, and email or fax it to Michael Gamwo's attention (Fax 086 517 07 77) Deadline is 16 May 2008.

• If you require EMIA financial assistance, then you should fill in both "Wesgro selection form" as well as the "EMIA-dti finance application form"
  

• Please note that EMIA forms cannot be faxed. They must be hand delivered to Wesgro office, together with all supporting documents mentioned in the EMIA form

• Please note that to obtain EMIA financial assistance, you must be able to submit 

- A colour brochure of your products or services
- An audited financial statement
- Export permit/registration from SARS
- Your certificate of incorporation/partnership agreement - copy of the traveller's passport - (see page 10 sections a,b,d f & g of the EMIA form for document checklist)
- Deadline to submit both your EMIA forms and Wesgro selection form is 16 May 2008.
- (NB: It takes more time to complete the EMIA form. Therefore it is preferable to first fax or mail your Wesgro selection form before you send us your EMIA form, so that we know that your EMIA form is being completed)
