Successful delivery depends on additional parties such as ISP's, telcos and network operators, hence BULKSMS cannot guarantee delivery. The networks covered may change from time to time and it is the responsibility of each user to verify that the networks it wishes to send to are covered. One BulkSMS credit allows you to send one SMS message,     provided that networks do not introduce reciprocal charges. In the event that a network(s) introduce reciprocal charges, BulkSMS retains the right to increase the number of credits needed per message, for that specific network(s).
